Caron Broederdorf Hill founded Caron B Realty in 2002. Prior to opening the real estate company, she was a RE/MAX Superstar. She was nominated for the 2000 Businesswoman of the Year Award. In 2001 she ranked top 5 of the Honolulu Board of Realtors Statewide, Ranked 31st our of 6,700 RE/MAX agents serving California and Hawaii Properties.

After starting her own firm, Caron was recognized by Pacific Business News as one of Hawaii's fastest 50 small businesses in Hawaii. She was also recognized as one of the Top Forty Under 40 Business Superstars.

Caron is a motivational speaker and launched a speaking career at one of the busiest points of her career. She has been invited to address groups such as the Australian Real Estate Conference in Sydney, as well as the local business groups and women's organizations on topics ranging from the keys to success in business to the importance of life planning. Through these presentations, Caron shares how she managed to triple her bottom line and decrease the number of hours she works and enjoy a balanced life.
